WHAT ART CAN DO
is the project space of the What Art Can Do Foundation, a platform that focuses on intercultural cooperation and cross-cultural dialogue. The foundation was founded in 2018 by Simone Swildens. WHAT ART CAN DO acts as a stepping stone for artists and an accessible community of buyers and lovers of the visual arts.
Simone Swildens, together with Geraldine MacDonald, organizes and curates monthly exhibitions from the heart of the Jordaan with national and international artists who are not yet affiliated with a gallery in Amsterdam or who want to be connected to a gallery.
WHAT ART CAN DO... is open to the experiment, is internationally and diversely oriented.
